Ordering frames
我要… and 来… are common ordering frames.
Always include a measure: 一杯、一碗、一个.
Politeness can be as simple as 请 and a clear tone.

要热的还是冰的？ is a classic café choice.
不要辣 / 微辣 help in restaurants.
