How’s the weather today?
The default social question.
今天下雨。
Jīntiān xià yǔ.
It’s raining today.
Add 了 if it just started: 下雨了.
外面很冷。
Wàimiàn hěn lěng.
It’s cold outside.
有点儿冷 is milder.
太热了。
Tài rè le.
It’s too hot.
Same 太…了 frame as 太贵了.
明天会下雨吗？
Míngtiān huì xià yǔ ma?
Will it rain tomorrow?
会 for likely future here.
天气还行。
Tiānqì hái xíng.
The weather’s alright.
Neutral, not enthusiastic.
刮风了，慢一点。
Guā fēng le, màn yìdiǎn.
It’s gotten windy — slow down.
Useful on a bike.
带伞了吗？
Dài sǎn le ma?
Did you bring an umbrella?
带 = bring, not 戴.
屋里很暖和。
Wū li hěn nuǎnhuo.
It’s warm inside.
Contrast with 外面.
阴天，不太舒服。
Yīntiān, bú tài shūfu.
It’s overcast — not very pleasant.
舒服 also describes weather comfort.
